Jane Cresswell is an
innovator and leader in the emerging field of internal
corporate coaching. She is the founder of IBM Coaches
Network -a network of almost 200 coaches in 8 countries.
At IBM, she helped leaders of all levels of IBM to achieve
extraordinary results through individual coaching.
Many members of the IBM Coaches Network became the
founding members of a spin-off company where Ms. Creswell
was Vice President of Organizational Development.
Currently, Ms. Creswell
is helping corporations worldwide to establish a long-term,
self-sustaining system of internal coaching. Her focus
is on helping leaders make the high impact transition from
merely influencing others to developing excellent leaders
who develop excellent leaders. Her work can be
characterized as maximizing the strengths and knowledge of
individuals for the benefit of both the person and the
organization.

Switzerland, Coaching 2001, ICF Conference in Chicago, and

Greg Doussard
is a professional speaker, consultant, and
trainer who has been entertaining and equipping audiences
with his unique presentation style for over 16 years.
He inspires people and organizations to improve their
performance to get results and build stronger relationships.

away with a set of tools that they can use and apply to
every day life.
Steven Lewis is a
lawyer who owns his own legal practice that specializes in
legal issues dealing with churches and other Christian
organizations. He has co-authored the manual The
Church as Employer: Maximum Impact and Minimum Risk as
well as written several articles for Lifeway Christian
Resource publications.
Mark Marino is
Director of Connectional Ministries for the Wyoming Annual
(Regional) Conference of the United Methodist Church. He
was Superintendent of the Binghamton District for seven
years. In previous appointments he served as pastor of the
Chenango Street United Methodist Church (Binghamton NY),
Sarah Jane Johnson Memorial United Methodist Church (Johnson
City NY), Associate Pastor of the Endwell United Methodist
Church (Endwell NY) and Chaplain of the Children’s Home of
Wyoming Conference (Binghamton NY). He is a graduate of the
University of Massachusetts and Gammon Theological Seminary
in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mark has had
training in Conflict Management & Resolution of
Congregational Corporate Pain and Interpersonal Listening
Skills, as well as the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center’s
Mediation Skills Training.
His focus is
development of listening skills, goal setting and strategic
planning for local churches and resolution of congregational
conflict. He has led numerous workshops on these skills and
consulted with a variety of congregations experiencing
significant conflict.
Cathy Miller, D. Min. after
serving as a foreign missionary and local churches in
various capacities, Dr. Miller in 2004 began working with
STRONG Foundations, Inc. She provides training in
ministry staff relationship skills, mentoring, staff
recruitment and retention, prayer and spiritual development,
needs assessment, strategic planning, networking, and grant
writing.
Gene Rooney, D.Div, is the
creator and trainer of the LEAD's Neuro-Linguistic Skills
courses and is certified as a trainer by the Society for
Neuro-Linguistic Skills. He is also a pastor and
author.
John Savage,
D. Min., founder of L.E.A.D., is an international
trainer, lecturer, author and consultant. A pastor for
26 years, he specializes in designing training events in the
areas of conflict management, problem solving, dealing with
transition and listening skills.
Margaret W. Slusher,
BME, MME, MCM, is a consultant is the areas of strategic
planning, church growth, team development, conference
leading, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
Presently serving as a national leadership development
coordinator, she has served as an adjunct professor for two
seminaries and as a church development director for the past
15 years.
Jim R. Wadford, D.
Min., is a consultant in the areas of strategic planning,
church planting, leadership development and conflict
management. A pastor for 14 years, he now serves on a
Judicatory level within the SBC. He has served as a
Director of Missions for Cabarrus Baptist Association in
North Carolina the past 14 years. He has earned the
ACC Certification with the International Coaching Federation
and is currently working on the PCC level.
Jean White, D.Min., having
served local churches and associations of churches, is now
on the staff of the Ministry Evangelism Team of the North
American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention.
She has developed a number of tools to help churches assess
the needs and resources in their community, develop
strategies for implementing need based ministries, and to
evaluate the effectiveness of the ministries.
